CONSTRUCTION IS UNDERWAY!
With the demolition of the "White Building" occupying the space in front of the existing temporary home of the Patuxent River Naval Air Museum, space is made available for construction of the new Museum. The demolition took place on September 27-29, 2005. This activity set the stage for site preparation in early 2006 with construction of the new building to begin in the summer of 2006. Financial arrangements are in place to permit the start of construction. The Museum Capitol Campaign remains in full effect. To meet its obligations, the Museum still depends upon your generous support.
