The Patuxent River Naval Air Museum receives no sustained federal, state, or local funding. Your generous contributions are what help keep the doors open to this amazing and unique facility.
Many exciting new exhibits are planned for 2019 including a brand new gallery: Naval Aviation in Space. Donations are being accepted for the restoration of George McWilliam's historic mural by the same name that hung for many years in the NAS Patuxent River Officer's Club and will, upon its restoration, be displayed prominently in our museum. For the full story, please navigate to our blog here and consider joining us to "Save the Painting!"
For artifact donations, please send a list of inventoried items to firstname.lastname@example.org. Deed of Gift forms and a guide to the artifact collections process is available upon request.
