INDOOR EXHIBITS

In addition to numerous outdoor display aircraft that actually played a vital role in the Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) of Naval aviation, The Patuxent River Naval Air Museum also indoor exhibits. These extensive exhibits also convey the RDT&E story in Naval aviation. Photographs of these exhibits exist throughout this web site, especially the RDT&E archives section. This page abstracts some, but not all, of the specialized exhibit areas that may be found inside the museum.
